YouTube Create App Overview

The YouTube Create App is currently in beta and only available in select countries. I had to use a VPN to access it from Austria. Despite this, it's an exciting tool that promises great things. Let's take a closer look! 🔍

When you open the app, you'll find a clean and straightforward interface. You can start a new project by tapping the plus icon. Importing clips is simple; just select the ones you want and click "import." The app will convert them, though this process can take a few seconds. ⏳

Editing Basics

The YouTube Create App offers a user-friendly timeline editor. You can easily add overlays, text, stickers, GIFs, emojis, and sound from YouTube's extensive audio library. 🎶🎉

Text and Animation

Adding text is a breeze, and you can choose from various presets. Adjusting scale, position, and animations is intuitive. You can even add your own voiceovers directly within the app. 🎙️📝

Stickers and GIFs

The app includes stickers, emojis, and GIFs, adding a creative touch to your videos. Choose from a wide selection and personalize your content. ✨🎈

Audio and Voiceover

Access the vast YouTube audio library and sound effects for copyright-free music and sound. You can also record voiceovers within the app for clear narration. 🎤🎵

Layers and Transparency

The YouTube Create App uses layers effectively, making it easy to manage your content. You'll appreciate this feature, especially when working with overlays and multiple elements. 🧩

Speed Control

You can change the speed of your clips, but advanced features like speed ramps are not yet available in the beta version. We hope to see them in future updates. ⏩
